What a great day for fishing. It was Free Fishing Day so you don't have to have a license. Which I don't because I don't fish much. Why not just pay the 12 or so dollars and support the budget that pays me? Good question. Anyway, here is Mike with Ken in the background. They both work out of the NRCS office and I wrangled them into coming with me. We started out at 5:30 am. This photo is at 7:30 am - and that's how bright it is by then! Amazes me every day.

Here's Mike getting the fish off the hook. I caught 3, Mike got 3, and Ken got transfered my jinx. And I got to keep all 6 fish.

I don't know if these photos do justice to how odd this tail looks on this cattle dog. I guess when God saw this cattle dog without a tail he forgot they have docked tails and quickly grabbed a tail out of the box and added it at the last minute. Ooops, that was a lemur tail!
